Objectives


1) Provide updated manual of nutrients analysis by INSS group

2) Review of usage of nutrient data and carbonate system data in oceanography and necessity of INSS

3) Summary report of "2008 RMNS intercomparison experiments"

4) Update and fix the plan of "short-term stability experiment - characterization of RMNS" in 2009-2011.

5) Report on the progress of certification of RMNS by NMIJ/Japan

6) Development of non-toxic CRMs for the CO2 System.

7) Expand RMNS for DOC, DON and DOP references

8) Organize an international working group of INSS under a certain international organization,
ex.IOCCP-IOC- UNESCO
